Quick Care Guide

Care difficulty: Moderate care needs.

Light requirements: Lots of bright but indirect light will help this plant to thrive. Make sure to dust the leaves to ensure they receive enough light.

Watering: Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil feels dry. Reduce watering in winter and so not allow this plant to stand in water as this can cause root rot.

Humidity: Thrive in humid environments and benefit from being misted.Grouping humidity-loving plants together can help, as can placing pots of a wet pebble tray. Humidifiers, bathroom of kitchens are also beneficial to increase humidity. Avoid cold draughts in winter.

Toxicity: Toxic to pets and humans.

Feeding: Liquid feed once a month during the growing season (spring-summer) but refrain from feeding in winter.

Repotting: Can be repotted every 1-2 years or when it has outgrown its current pot.
