An unspecialised mix that can be suitable for the majority of houseplants under correct care. This blend is also a fantastic base to build off of to specialise towards your plants specific needs using different components.

With 3 core ingredients, using the same high quality Coco Coir, Worm Castings and Perlite, as their other mixes. These cover the three core properties all soils should have - drainage, nutrients and aeration. Of course some plants need different balances of these, which is where specialising can come in. 

Go from Basic Mix to Dirty Tricks!

Got some Anthurium? Add some Zeolite and Bark to create larger air chambers for those bigger roots. Are Cacti your thing? Try adding Sand and Grit to help create a faster drying mix.

Its a high quality potting mix packed with beneficial microfauna suitable for the vast majority of houseplants when the grower is confident in managing the plants conditions.

Specialising with components is encouraged, especially for fussier plants, the reverse label explains example recipes.

FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £50.

Free local delivery to Brighton & Hove homes and surrounding areas is available.

UK Nationwide delivery fees (for total orders under £50):

  • £4 for 48-hour tracked delivery via Royal Mail
  • £6.95 tracked next-day working day delivery with UPS (order must be received before 2pm to guarantee next-day delivery).

These charges cover the whole order, regardless of how many items. Please email us if you would like the option to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery.

Refunds & returns

Refunds are available for any plant or product with an obvious fault. The request must be made within 7 days of delivery via email or by phone.

Any products damaged in transit will require photos to be submitted via email. If we think they are salvageable we will provide you with return labels. If they are not we will provide a full refund, but we require the complaint to be submitted within 7 days of receiving the plant.

Any return of plants within 7 days for any other reason will require the customer to pay for that return postage. Full details can be found here on our Refunds Policy page.
