RATING- Easy

LOVES- Water roughly once a week throughout summer and aim to keep the soil moist in winter but not waterlogged. Enjoys a bright sunny to semi-shady spot. Feed once a week throughout the growing season (May-Sep)

HATES- Waterlogged soil and very cold temperatures.

    Araucaria heterophylla is an evergreen coniferous tree. Known commonly as the ‘Norfolk island pine’ it has light green branches that end in delicate fans of leaves. They are 100% on-trend at the moment and super easy care to boot.
    Quick Care Guide

    Care Difficulty: Easy to care for plant.

    Light requirements: Prefers bright indirect light. Can tolerate slightly shadier spots but can cause leggy growth.

    Watering: Water thoroughly but allow this plants top half of soil to dry out between waterings.

    Humidity: Can do alright in normal household conditions but will enjoy some increased humidity. Bathroom or kitchen or near a humidifier.

    Toxicity: Mildly toxic to humans and pets

    Feeding: Enjoys being fed during Spring- Summer growth period. Always follow the instructions on your feed of choice.

    Repotting: Repot around once a year -check to see if the roots are coming out the bottom of the pot!

    FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £50.

    Free local delivery to Brighton & Hove homes and surrounding areas is available.

    UK Nationwide delivery fees (for total orders under £50):

    • £4 for 48-hour tracked delivery via Royal Mail
    • £6.95 tracked next-day working day delivery with UPS (order must be received before 2pm to guarantee next-day delivery).

    These charges cover the whole order, regardless of how many items. Please email us if you would like the option to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery.

    Refunds & returns

    Refunds are available for any plant or product with an obvious fault. The request must be made within 7 days of delivery via email or by phone.

    Any products damaged in transit will require photos to be submitted via email. If we think they are salvageable we will provide you with return labels. If they are not we will provide a full refund, but we require the complaint to be submitted within 7 days of receiving the plant.

    Any return of plants within 7 days for any other reason will require the customer to pay for that return postage. Full details can be found here on our Refunds Policy page.
